 What is the shelf life of S.O.S Oil?

The shelf life is one year. We will always have our packaging marked with the shelf life symbol so you know when it's time to get a new one.

Are all of your products safe for pregnancy?

Yes.

How should I clean and store my white jade roller and gua sha?

Before and after each use we recommend you wash with gentle antibacterial soap and water, and pat gently to dry. You may also spray with alcohol to disinfect, but please wait for the alcohol to dry before applying to your skin. You will store your tools back in your beautiful case it came in.

When should I use my white jade roller or my gua sha?

You can use both tools twice daily in the morning and evening. Using your tools once daily is totally fine if that fits your lifestyle best. It is best used daily or at least 3 times a week.

When should I use my white jade roller vs. my gua sha?

You can one tool in the morning and one in the evening, but we suggest using them both in your same routine. We recommend using your jade roller for the main purpose of reducing puffiness, soothing sensitivity, and driving your skincare deeper into the skin. We recommend gua sha for contouring and lifting the skin, manual lymphatic drainage, and relieving neck and jaw tension.

Do you add any essential oils or artificial fragrance to your S.O.S Oil?

Never. Our S.O.S. Oil is 100% cold pressed pure oat oil. There is a natural aroma of oat from the formula itself.

Do you offer an affiliate program?

We currently do not have one but we are working on it:) The more requests we have the sooner it will be available.

Why can't I return my package?

Due to our products being crafted in small batches we are unable to return your order along with the COVID 19 pandemic. However if you have any problems in shipment (breakage, missing package, etc.) please contact us at info@maxxiebrand.com so we can make it right for you. We always want to have happy customers so don't hesitate to reach out if there are any issues.
