Shipping

MAXXIE offers fast and affordable shipping worldwide. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. 

We ship via standard USPS & UPS mail services. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, international orders are shipped USPS, UPS and DHL. 

MAXXIE is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur during the shipping process. Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to many countries. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number as some carriers have a delay in their system. International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. All shipping prices are quoted in the US Dollar currency. Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be estimated during checkout. We can not be held responsible for any incurred duties or taxes, these differ per country of destination. Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments nor for international shipments.

Return Policy

Orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if there if an issue so we may be of assistance. 

We want you to love all of your MAXXIE products. If there is an issue with your order, please send a note to info@maxxiebrand.com.

Since our products are hand crafted and made in small batches, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However if you are unhappy with an item, please contact us at info@maxxiebrand.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will do our best to rectify your issue.
